For inquiries regarding damaged packages /products, please email us within 7 days of receiving with photos of both the exterior and interior of the shipping box regardless of their condition, as well as images of the damaged product and its packaging. This information is crucial for processing your request effectively as we require these pictures to proceed with an insurance claim.
