We currently ship across Canada and the United States.
Orders are typically processed and leave our Toronto, Ontario facility within 1–2 business days. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier service, and other factors.
Shipping within Canada
Once shipped, Canadian orders generally arrive within 2–5 business days. Please allow additional time for remote areas, peak periods, weather, and other carrier delays.
Shipping to the United States
Good news — we do not charge our U.S. customers tariffs or customs fees at checkout. We take care of the applicable tariffs on our end, so you can shop Nutritious Skincare without unexpected tariff charges added to your order.
Standard shipping to the U.S. is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and customs/carrier processing.
We’ll always do our best to get your order on its way quickly and safely.
Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to feel confident and happy with your Nutritious Skincare experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help find a solution.
